Support the Provision of Period Underwear
Period underwear is a great resource for girls looking for an easy and reusable way to manage their periods. For just $20, we can purchase and distribute a girl with two pairs of period underwear that can support her period management though an entire year of schooling or more.
Support RUMP Workshops
Reusable pads are a locally sustainable way for girls to manage their own menstrual hygiene needs. Through our workshops we teach the girls how to use locally available fabrics to sew pads for their own use and to sell to others in their community. The three day workshop, which includes a supply of materials to make up to 20 pads, costs $30 a girl.
