2026 SPLASH CAMP
July 21-24, 2026
EIA is once again partnering with Uganda Scouts, Uganda Lifesaving Association, Makerere University, the University of Maryland School of Public Health, and Rest Gardens Resort to deliver our Youth Splash Camp programming (includes participating in learning stations focused on sanitation, mental health, reproductive health, water safety, learn to swim, water polo, dance, etc.) to selected Ugandan youth.

Applications for Summer 2026 are closed. The Program is SOLD OUT. Contact us about the next Splash Camp volunteer opportunity. ​Volunteers DO NOT need to be swimmers or water polo players. There are numerous volunteer opportunities that do not involve the water!! Volunteers can also suggest learning stations that reflect their own personal interest or talent.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM ITINERARY
Day 1: Depart
Day 2: Arrival at Entebbe, transport to Camp Site, Orientation
Day 3: Excursion and Team Building Day
Day 4-6: Splash Safe Camp
Day 7-8: Safarai
Day 9-10: Youth Ambassador Training and Lira Community Outreach, homestay
Day 11: Shopping, Return Home

PROGRAM COST
The all inclusive experience costs $6,000, including airfare. Academic program discounts and scholarships are available upon request.
